Listings are public

The central thing to understand: a directory listing is public by design. Anything you put in your listing — name, city, background, contact details — is visible to anyone and can be indexed by search engines. Don't put anything in a listing you wouldn't want found.

What we collect

Information you submit through the listing, job posting, and contact forms; and standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

How we use it

To publish your listing, to respond to you, to pass job enquiries along, and to keep records of communications. We do not sell your information and we do not sell leads.

Sharing

Listing content is published publicly. Beyond that we share information only with the service providers who run our website, email, and forms, or where required by valid legal process.

Removing your listing

Email info@copsrusai50.com and we'll take it down. You may also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honour those where they apply.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and any period required by law. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure and we don't claim otherwise.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above.
